Early Bird Registration Fee is:

• 1500 TL (VAT included) for Local participants
• 150 Euro (VAT included) for Non-local Participants

Regular Registration Fee is:

• 2000 TL (VAT included) for local participants
• 200 Euro (VAT included) for Non-local Participants

The payment of the registration fee is to be made after the acceptance of the submitted full text paper. Please keep in mind that last day for Early Bird Registration is 21 September 2026 and the Last Day for Registration is 28 September 2026. All registrations must be completed latest by those days. 

Note: Payment should be done through bank. Paid registration fee is refunded if the full text paper is rejected.

* Registration fee is valid for maximum number of two papers.

* Registration fee is valid for one person. Co-author(s) and/or accompanying person who wants to attend to the Conference should also register.

* Those who are registered to the Conference can attend to the Gala dinner free of charge.

* Registration fee does not include accommodation, airport transfers and/or any other products or services not mentioned above. Participants are entirely responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

* All participants are required to fulfill explanation section by notifying their paper ID while completing their bank transfer.
